Not much interesting Aprilia news around lately...but I found this nice video from Aprilia promoting the new V4 engine. Its in Italian but that doesn't really matter. It's still interesting to look at.

Aprilia Rally Dakar team presentation

The dutch Aprilia Dakar Rally Team will be racing a RXV 450 in the Le Dakar 2007 rally. The rally starts on January 6th. This sunday the Aprilia Dakar Rally Team had their team presentation showing their heavily modified red RXV 450. Dutch driver Patrick van Lee will be driving the bike to Dakar. Aprilia News will follow the news on Patrick and his RXV closely and will keep you updated as much as possible. Also expect detailed reports during the race itself.

Aprilia is testing the new v4 in a bike that looks a lot like the 06 RSV Factory. But the frame is definately different on this bike.

Tuono wins Motorcycleusa's Euro streetfighter test

Motorcycleusa had a test with today's best European streetfighters. And guess who won the shootout? Yes its the Tuono. With a score of 89.5% the Tuono beats the Triumph Speed Triple, MV Agusta Brutale 910S and the Ducati Monster S4R Testastretta. Aprilia SXV van den Bosch Replica

Aprilia celebrates their 1st place in the Supermoto S2 Championship by releasing a special version of the SXV. The van den Bosch replica features several trick goodies like: red/black Alpina wheels,carbon tank,less wide seat and loads of other goodies. The guys from Noale also didn't leave the engine untouched. A tuned cylinder head,faster cams and an exhaust made from titanium makes it smoking fast. Aprilia SXV Day in Germany

www.supermo.to is organizing a Aprilia SXV day on Februari 10th. The day will be held in Marktl Germany. The day features:
